NOTE:

Board Policy GCBA should be read carefully in respect to movement on the salary schedule and teachers are alerted to the fact that to be placed on Classes VI, VII, or VIII, the hours earned must be AFTER the Master's degree has been conferred.

To qualify for movement on the Horizontal Salary Schedule, this form MUST be completed and submitted electronically or hand carried to Carol Oldham at Central Office before the end of the day on the last working day of the school year for staff members. Please keep the electronic confirmation or the initialed yellow copy (if hand carried) for your records. No forms will be accepted through inner school mail.
